Our Quality Policy

M&C Energy Group is committed to providing services that are reliable and consistent with the expectations and requirements of our clients.

Our objective of consistent high quality performance is met by mandatory adherence to protocol, through staff training and the development of personal responsibility for all personnel, together with the provision of adequate resources, according to the principles of Quality Assurance.

We will implement a strategy that focuses on continually improving client satisfaction, organisational processes and operational quality.

It will be the responsibility of our Quality Team to coordinate the setting of quality objectives; to review and update these as necessary and to ensure that the policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the Company.

The Board of Directors is committed to the implementation of this policy and will ensure that resources are in place to meet the requirements to deliver a quality service to our Clients.
