Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

M&C Energy Group's approach to CSR is to emphasise inclusion within our business. As an international and multi-cultural organisation, our commitment to both our staff and the local communities we are present in is of paramount importance.

We are aware of the impact of our business activites in relation to the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public arena and embrace our responsibility for these issues.

Respect for diversity is one of M&C Energy Group's core values, as a business which integrates at a local level within each country of operation it is of key importance to recognise our responsibilities to these communities. Our activities are tailored to reflect the local community, its characteristics, customs and people.

M&C Energy Group's employees are encouraged to participate actively in their local community; charitable causes are selected at a local level and supported by teams through their skills and expertise. Each participating office's charity has been chosen by local staff as their dedicated cause and fund raising activities are controlled at a local level with additional support from M&C Energy Group's board of Directors.

M&C Energy Group staff has raised money for many charities internationally including: cancer research, MENCAP, CHAS children's hospice and an HIV charity programme in South East Asia. Our staff continues to identify and support relevant initiatives worldwide.
